Phoenix14News, Elon’s weekly award-winning news program, will be broadcasting live on election night Nov. 2. The show also was broadcast live on the CW in Greensboro, N.C., on the morning of Oct. 31.
The show on the CW was Phoenix14’s 2010 mid-term election preview, which looked at state and Alamance county races and also featured a panel of Elon students and faculty. On election night Phoenix14 will broadcast two two-minute cut-ins with updated results at 7:58 and 8:58 p.m. coming out of CW programming and air its 30-minute election results show live on the CW at 10 p.m.
Phoenix14 will also air its live election night coverage on campus Channel 14.
