Housing Works, a nonprofit organization that is working to end AIDS and homelessness, dubbed Britten GInsburg Pund '06 a 2010 "Renegade to Celebrate" in its annual list of "AIDS Heroes and Villains."
Pund, who works with the National Alliance of State and Territorial AIDS Directors (NASTAD), manages a growing list of U.S. citizens who are struggling to access HIV and AIDS medication through the AIDS Drug Assistance Program. Click here to read the story on Housing Works’ website.
Pund graduated from Elon in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in human services and is a manager of care and treatment with NASTAD in Washington, D.C.
