Thursday, April 14 – Bursting the Heteronormative Bubble Discussion Group: “The Closet: Prelude to the Day of Silence”
Bursting the Heteronormative Bubble will have a special discussion for Pride Week and the Day of Silence on Thursday, April 14, at 6 p.m. in Lindner 106. The discussion will be about the silence faced by some lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer people, as well as straight allies, as a result of harassment, prejudice, and discrimination. Our discussion will touch on this issue in wider society, as well as our experiences at Elon.
