Alan Russell, associate professor of mathematics, was invited to give the opening keynote address at the TEAMSwork conference on Aug. 5 at the Friday Center in Chapel Hill.
The TEAMSwork conference was organized by teachers from Alamance, Orange, and Vance counties. More than 200 teachers from seven counties attended the conference focusing on best classroom practices in math and science.
