Truitt Center’s Fall Retreat – Sept. 30-Oct. 2

The weekend of Sept. 30-Oct. 2, the Truitt Center for Religious and Spiritual life will be hosting its annual Fall Retreat.

The title of this year’s retreat is “(It’s—True) Life: The Meaning behind Interfaith”. As a participant in this weekend retreat you will learn about the basic principles and beliefs of the five most populous world religions: Islam, Catholicism (Christianity), Hinduism, Buddhism, and Sikhism; special attention will also be given to Atheists and Agnostics. The goal of the retreat is to give students tools needed to engage in meaningful dialogue with people of diverse religious and non-religious backgrounds. The retreat will be held in Wilmington, NC and the cost is $30 per participant (includes food, transportation, & housing). This event is open to all current Elon students.

Please email the Truitt Center at truittcenter@elon.edu (Attn: Jasmine Whaley) for more details.
