Ryan Keur, who finished his Elon coursework during Winter Term 2012, has been named assistant general manager of the Burlington (N.C.) Royals baseball team.
Keur interned with the Royals in the spring and fall of 2011 and will handle much of the team’s off-field business. Burlington is the short-season rookie club of the Kansas City Royals and plays in the Appalachian League.
