English and professional writing and rhetoric (PWR) alumna Caitlin Rantala is now web graphic designer and production manager for MusicRow.
Rantala graduated from Elon in 2010 with degrees in English, concentrating in professional writing and rhetoric, and digital art.
“My PWR degree has really given me the tools to articulate myself in various situations – whether through an article or an image – and be able to be heard, understood and taken seriously,” Rantala says. “All that time that we spent designing CELEBRATE brochures and BA|BS print outs has really given me an advantage in this culture. I know the software and I understand how to piece it all together. I wouldn’t have gotten that experience had it not been for PWR and CUPID.”
