David Beahm '83, founder of David Beahm Design in New York City, Will receive a Big Apple Hall of Legends Award from the International Special Events Society's New York Metro chapter.
According to the organization’s website, the award “recognizes select event industry colleagues for their leadership, exemplary achievements and tenure in the special events industry.” Beahm, one of the nation’s leading event designers, has staged events for a number of Fortune 500 corporations and designed the wedding of Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas.
