Tom James partners with Elon’s sales center

The Martha and Spencer Love School of Business at Elon University is proud to announce the Tom James Company as the newest partner of the school’s Chandler Family Professional Sales Center.

As a partner, Tom James will be able to assist in curriculum development and have access to sales research conducted by Elon faculty. The company will also have the opportunity to recruit students at center events, such as the Sales Meet and Greet and annual sales dinner, as well as participate as guest speakers in sales classes.

“At Tom James Company, we look for people who are ambitious, confident, articulate, polished, self-confident, and of high character and integrity,” said Ash Deshmukh, senior vice president of corporate development at Tom James. “Elon students fit perfectly with our definition of a ‘Quality Hire.’ Our company objective is to double our sales every five years. We are confident that students of the caliber of programs such as Elon will help us get there.”
