Barry Beedle, professor in the department of health and human performance, and Christie Mann, a 2005 graduate in exercise/sports science, presented their research, “A comparison of two warm-ups on joint range of motion,” at the annual conference of The North Carolina Alliance for Athletics, Health, Physical Education, Recreation, and Dance in Greensboro on Nov. 17.
Beedle, Lauren Cash, and Amanda Royce-Tolland, 2005 graduates in exercise/sports science, published a study in the fall, 2005 North Carolina Journal. The title of the study was “High fit vs. moderately fit college women on selected health measures.”
