Amanda and Resa, who have used response systems for more than 5 years, will demonstrate the use of this technology as a means of instantly observing student understanding of content knowledge and determining student opinion related to course topics.
Participants will learn how to embed both content and opinion polling questions into existing power point presentations. Using a response system lets the faculty member know what pace is needed to maximize student understanding of material and contributes to engaged, lively class discussions about student opinion.
