Lauren Kearns invited to National Dance Symposium

Lauren Kearns, Associate Professor of Dance, invited to National Dance Symposium.

Lauren Kearns, Associate Professor of Dance and Head of the Dance Program, has been invited to participate in DANCE 2050: The future of dance in higher education. This invitational only symposium will be held at the Boyer College of Music and Dance, Temple University, May 17-20. The conference is co-sponsored by Temple University and the National Dance Education Organization. Kearns was invited to participate after submitting The 5 E’s – – Expansive, Engaged, Experiential, Embodied and Entrepreneurial her vision statement about what a university dance program will look like in the mid twenty-first century.
