Assistant Professor of Mathematics Karen Yokley has recently had an article published in a top tier journal in mathematical biology.
“Sensory Irritation Response in Rats II: Recovery and Dose-Dependence” appeared in the July 2012 issue of Bulletin of Mathematical Biology, which is the official journal of the Society of Mathematical Biology. This recent publication contains research that extends her previous collaborative work, “Sensory Irritation Response in Rats: Modeling, Analysis and Validation,” which appeared the same journal.
Yokley gave a presentation on the work at the annual Joint Mathematics Meetings in January 2012.
