Elon University faculty, staff, students and alumni have been featured often in news media in recent months for their expertise in the law, the Internet, politics, economics and more.
Making an impact was expert analysis by Elon University School of Law faculty – notably Steve Friedland, Catherine Ross Dunham and Mike Rich – on the federal criminal trial in Greensboro, N.C., against former presidential candidate John Edwards. Elon was also in the news for a survey of technology and Internet leaders by Pew Internet/Elon (co-led by Associate Professor Janna Anderson) that asked about future predictions for ways the web will shape our world.
