Greg Hlavaty, lecturer in English, published an essay, “Going to Water”, in the Summer 2012 edition of Written River, a journal of eco-poetics. Set in western North Carolina, the essay explores the healing power of water and work and the psychology of flow. (pgs. 34-35)
