“Divided We Fall,” a documentary about Americans living in the aftermath of 9/11, will be screened at 7 p.m. Monday, Sept. 24 in the LaRose Digital Theatre in the Koury Business Center.
In the documentary, 20-year-old college student Valarie Kaur sets out across America with a camera in order to capture the hate and violence committed against Sikhs, Muslims and Arabs.She travels halfway around the world to find the heart of America.
After the film, Amy Allocco and Geoff Claussen, both assistant professors of religious studies at Elon, will host a discussion about the film.
