Students in the Elon in Los Angeles program will enjoy a free brunch in the North Clubhouse of the Oakwood Apartment complext before hiking to the Tree of Inspiration at noon on Sunday, June 9.
They will also have the opportunity to attend the LA Pride Parade that same day, which runs from 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. at the Pacific Design Center. The cost if $7.
Directions to the Pacific Design Center (8687 Melrose Ave.) are as follows:
Turn left onto Barham, and left onto Cahuenga; it will become Highland Ave. Continue on Highland for about 2 miles and then turn right onto Melrose Ave. Parking can be found on Melrose and Robertson, and Melrose and Huntley.
