Sales Meet & Greet allows students to network with potential employers

Students interested in sales learned more about employment opportunities from recruiters during the Oct. 22 event.

More than 60 students interested in a career in sales learned about internship and employment opportunities with various companies at the Sales Meet & Greet hosted by the Chandler Family Professional Sales Center on Oct. 22.

“I always look forward to the Sales Meet and Greet,” said senior Laura Beckstead. “It’s nice getting the opportunity to talk to employers face to face and gain a better understanding of what their company is looking for. It’s a great environment to network and make valuable contacts.”

Fourteen alumni were in attendance as recruiters: David Goltz ’13, Jennifer Rossbach ’12 and Brenna Humphries ’13 with Oracle; Kimberly Johnson Locklear ’99 and Marybeth Caulfield ’91 with Lenovo; Laura Goldberg ’12 and Oliver Goddu ’13 with NetSuite; Jennifer Round ’07 and Alison Gourd ’12 with New York Life; Alex Ruh’13 and Paige Goss ’07 with The Select Group; Lauren McKenzie ’13 with E. & J.
