The regional meeting took place Nov. 7-10 at Lynn University in Boca Raton, Fla. Last month, Costello was elected to a two-year term on the Broadcast Education Association’s board of directors, representing District 2, which covers the southern states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. Costello will begin serving in his new post in April 2014 at the association’s national convention in Las Vegas.
