The Office of Leadership and Professional Development is presenting a panel discussion for new supervisors of staff on to how to write an effective performance development plan. This session is also open to any supervisors who are interested in refreshing their skills. A buffet lunch will be provided for those who register. If you have food restrictions please email Mandy Stovall (mstovall3@elon.edu) a minimum of five days prior to the event so she can work with catering to meet your needs.
