Part 2 of this session is open to “new” employees (those who have been at Elon less than one year). We are also continuing to invite anyone who is interested in learning more about dealing with conflict to this session. Dr. Karen Jo Shapiro will present Part 2 to her introduction of “Conflict Competence.” Dr. Shapiro will also give a more in-depth overview of the process of conflict dynamics. In addition, she will ask participants to come prepared with conflict situations and discuss how conflict competence might help in those specific situations. More information on how to submit situations will be forthcoming. A buffet lunch will be provided for those who register.
