Mardi Gras Celebration – March 4

The Mardi Gras Celebration will take place on Tuesday, March 4 in the Numen Lumen Pavilion from 5:30 p.m.–7:30 p.m.

Students, faculty, and staff are all invited to the celebration of Mardi Gras, or “Fat Tuesday.” The New Orleans-style party will feature free food, including chicken gumbo, beans and rice, king cake, beads, and live jazz music. Come learn about this traditional feast before the start of the Christian season of Lent! 

The event will be held in the Numen Lumen Pavilion located in the Academic Village, at the corner of Haggard and O’Kelley Avenues.
