Conservative commentator S.E. Cupp to speak about experiences in the media – Feb. 27

Television personality and author S.E. Cupp visits campus on Feb. 27 for a program in Oaks 212 sponsored by Elon University student groups Young Americans for Liberty and the College Republicans.

S.E. Cupp, a television host, author, and journalist, will be speaking at Elon University this month about her experience in the media as a conservative. She previously hosted the television program The Cycle on MSNBC and currently co-hosts CrossFire on CNN. She co-authored the book “Why You’re Wrong About The Right” and published a second book, “Losing Our Religion: The Liberal Media’s Attack on Christianity,” in 2010.

She is a nationally published political columnist, contributing to sources such as the New York Daily News, Washington Post, Newsmax, FOXnews.com and more.

Cupp brings a unique and diverse perspective to the political arena. She is an outspoken supporter of marriage rights for the LGBT community and she identifies as an atheist.
