Deirdre Lea, Mary Morrison and Chris Fulkerson will facilitate a roundtable discussion on “KUDOS: Recognizing and Acknowledging Employees.” The attendees will consider “How can we do a better job of showing our appreciation for each other?” We will briefly discuss some of the research around effective recognition and then brainstorm ideas that work. This roundtable discussion will focus on low-cost/no-cost ways to help people feel recognized and acknowledged throughout Elon. You don’t have to be a supervisor to build goodwill in your department or across campus. Snacks and beverages will be provided for those who register.
