The Office of Leadership & Professional Development in collaboration with the Inclusive Community Council is sponsoring upcoming programs for Supervisors. “As a supervisor, you will be interacting with many folks from diverse backgrounds. Because we are all complex and unique people, it’s imperative that supervisors think proactively about ways to support all members in your unit and to manage interdepartmental conflict. This series will introduce topics that encourage you to think about inclusion in you departments and help you think through ways to handle difficult situations. This first session provides an overview of the series and presents information about addressing bias and harassment in your department.” A buffet lunch will be provided for those who register.
