Twisted Measure receives CARA award nomination

Twisted Measure and alumnus Kyle Whitaker '14 have been nominated for a Contemporary A Cappella Recording Award by the Contemporary A Cappella Society.

Kyle Whitaker’s arrangement of “I Choose You” by Sara Bareilles from Twisted Measure’s album XV is up for the award of Best Mixed Collegiate Arrangement. XV is Twisted Measure’s 6th studio album and was released last May, honoring the group’s 15th Anniversary.

The CARAs honor the best of recorded a cappella, including international, professional, collegiate, and high school a cappella recordings. Twisted Measure was previously nominated in 2013 for Best Mixed Collegiate Solo by Emily Mooney ’12 on “What Turns You On” from And the Rest is Twistory….
