This meeting is required for any faculty member who will be serving as a new mentor to an Honors Fellow working on an Honors thesis this year and is encouraged for Honors mentors. The session provides an overview of expectations for both students and faculty members and includes information about the thesis, Honors program requirements, compensation, and more. New this year will be the discussion of HNR 498 syllabi, with examples shared by seasoned mentors.
Intended Audience: Specifically new mentors of Honors Fellows, but all Honors mentors are invited.
