The AFRP is the premier entry point in SPX for people who have recently earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, or their Masters Degree in Accounting. The AFRP is a two-year rotational training program consisting of four, six-month work assignments with domestic and international opportunities throughout the organization.
