- African American Commencement Reception – 5 p.m. at the Sacred Groves at Martin Alumni Center
- Master of Arts in Interactive Media Commencement – 7 p.m., Whitley Auditorium
Friday, May 20
- ROTC Commissioning Ceremony – 11 a.m., Holt Chapel, South Campus

- Baccalaureate – 3 p.m., Alumni Gymnasium, featuring an address by Retired N.C. Supreme Court Chief Justice Henry E. Frye
