This presentation will first provide a brief overview of the University’s legal obligations to provide curricular, programmatic, and physical access to students with disabilities. We will explore Elon’s population of students with disabilities to become familiar with our students and their needs. Then, we will outline faculty and staff members’ rights and responsibilities toward meeting these responsibilities, as well as discuss Disabilities Services policies and procedures. Finally, we will examine several case studies to put our new knowledge into practice. Please bring your questions!
