Before the event, Sara Shechter from Career Services will hold one-on-one resume workshops with students.
Adam Constantine ’10, Elon University’s social media manager, will speak to students about social media literacy and their online presences at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 13 in the Daniel Commons in Danieley Center.
Constantine will discuss how to consume information responsibly on social media networks. He will also help students assess their online leadership, how they portray themselves via social media outlets and how it all impacts their future career opportunities.
Additionally, students will have the opportunity to discuss their resumes one-on-one with Sara Shechter, assistant director of Career Services, from 5:30-7:30 p.m. the same night in the Daniel Commons. Shechter will meet individually with students who want to improve their resumes or simply put one together for the first time. This is a drop-in event, so appointments don’t need to be scheduled.
