N.C. Secretary of State Elaine Marshall will discuss the many economic and cultural assets of North Carolina that can be lined up like sections of a Rubik’s Cube to attract innovators and entrepreneurs to North Carolina and improve the state’s economy while avoiding entanglements that could detract from a brighter, more prosperous future.
