Professor of Mathematics Jeff Clark attended the annual meeting of the Southeastern Section of the Mathematical Association of America on March 22-24 at Clemson University.
While there, as Section Chair, he led a meeting of Section officers and a business meeting for the Section, as well as hosting one of the plenary sessions. At this meeting Assistant Professor of Mathematics Kristen Mazur was elected Section Lecturer; the Section will provide support for her to give talks to colleges and universities in the Section for the coming two years.
