Hosted by Elon families, Summer Welcome Events are intended for incoming students and their parents to meet and connect with one another prior to arriving to campus for Move-In Weekend.
Elon Summer Welcome Events are coordinated through the Office of Parent Engagement and hosted by current Elon families. This year, over 30 events will be held across the nation – and in London – from mid-July through mid-August.
To register, incoming families should visit the Summer Welcome Events page for a list of events. Each city name links to a registration page. Once registered, families will receive a confirmation email including the event location and other important details.
If a family is unable to attend a Summer Welcome Event in their city, they are welcome to register for a different event that is more convenient. Additional events may be added throughout the summer.
