In the new series, members of the Elon community will offer their top picks each week for what to watch.
Since many of us are sheltering in place and searching for something worthwhile to watch, University Communications has partnered with Elon experts to bring you some recommendations for great streaming content. We’re calling the series Phoenix Flix and posting a new one each Monday on Elon’s social media and YouTube channels.
The premier edition of Phoenix Flix features Nicole Triche, associate professor of cinema and television arts, who focused on content that is free. She suggested shorts like “Ten Meter Tower,” about what happens when people attempt to jump into a pool from a ten meter diving tower, and renowned series like “The Sopranos” and “Veep.”
