Photo display at Department of Human Service Studies celebrates women’s suffrage anniversary

The display commemorates the 100th anniversary of the formal adoption of the 19th Amendment.

A photographic presentation commemorating the 100 anniversary of women obtaining the right to vote is on display in the lobby of the HSS/Psych building on South Campus.

The display, donated by the General Federation of Women’s Clubs of North Carolina through the efforts of Elon Human Services Studies adjunct faculty member Crystal Sharpe, highlights the struggle of the women’s suffrage movement.
