An annual program hosted by the Elon Law Review invited legal scholars and advocates to share historical perspectives and critiques of various proposals that would provide compensation to descendants of those enslaved in the United States.

Three faculty in the Dr. Jo Watts Williams School of Education presented at the North Carolina Association of Colleges and Teacher Education (NCACTE) 39th Annual Teacher Education Forum. In addition, one alumnae was recognized as a finalist for the North Carolina Student Teacher of the Year award.

The free, public daylong event will center around safety practices and feature FAA safety officials, aviation leaders, drone delivery specialists and video storytellers, among others.
