The deadline for picking up guest tickets for the 2022 Commencement ceremonies is Saturday, May 7, at 3 p.m.
Guest tickets for Elon’s 132nd Undergraduate Commencement to be held on Friday, May 20, are now available for members of the graduating class to pick up.
All graduates confirmed to participate in the May 20 Commencement were previously required to reserve up to five tickets for guests, with the tickets offered at no cost and for general admission seating.
Tickets are being distributed this week — May 2-7 — at the Schar Center Ticket Office.
It is the responsibility of the participating graduate to pick up tickets for their guests. Tickets will be distributed in person with a Phoenix Card (or official photo ID) at the Schar Center Ticket Office, from Monday, May 2 through Friday, May 6, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
On Saturday, May 7, tickets will be distributed at the Schar Center Ticket Office between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Saturday hours are arranged for those who are student teaching or working at an internship or other employment during weekday business hours.
Please reserve time to pick up guest tickets during these hours. Graduates may only pick up their own guest tickets.
Participating graduates who are not currently on campus were previously required to complete a ticket request. These graduates should email commencement@elon.edu to arrange to pick up these tickets when they return to campus.
Participating graduates must ensure that tickets are in the possession of the guests who will attend the diploma ceremony in Schar Center on May 20.
Livestream
Guests without tickets to Schar Center ceremonies may watch in Alumni Memorial Gym in Koury Athletic Center. Tickets are not required for viewing in Alumni Memorial Gym. The ceremonies will also be available to livestream on personal devices at www.elon.edu/live.
