Srikant Vallabhajosula conducts in-person National Biomechanics Day celebration in India

Vallabhajosula, associate professor of physical therapy education, collaborated with Ganges Valley School in Hyderabad and Indian Institute of Technology, Gandhinagar, India to conduct a hands-on STEAM-based learning session on Biomechanics as part of National Biomechanics Day celebrations.

Associate Professor of Physical Therapy Education Srikant Vallabhajosula has worked with Preetha Bangalore, teacher at Ganges Valley School in Hyderabad, to talk to seventh and eighth graders about the science of biomechanicsFor the third consecutive year in a row, Associate Professor of Physical Therapy Education Srikant Vallabhajosula has worked with Preetha Bangalore, teacher at Ganges Valley School in Hyderabad, to talk to seventh and eighth graders about the science of biomechanics.

However unlike the previous two years, this was the first time Vallabhajosula could conduct this session in-person during his personal trip to India. To enhance the experience, Vallabhajosula invited Vineeth Vashista and his Ph.D. student, Yogesh Singh, from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Gandhinagar to show some of the fascinating work being done in their biomechanics laboratories.
