The assistant professor of communication design contributed a chapter to a newly released textbook that aims to prepare the next generation of journalism, media and advertising educators.

Hosted by the campus's new Environmental Health and Safety Specialist for Academic Affairs, Lab Safety Awareness Week will involve engaging events all over campus from Feb. 9 to Feb. 13. Everyone is encouraged to join in.

The gift deepens the strong partnership between Elon and the company that provides healthy, locally sourced dining options for the campus community.

Composed of faculty, staff and administrators at both institutions, the committee will envision the future of a merged institution and provide opportunities for members of campus communities to share ideas for enhancing future student experiences. 

The CAA Academic Alliance requested applications from the thirteen institutions comprising the Alliance. Nearly 400 applicants responded to the call, with 22 faculty/staff members chosen for the inaugural cohort, including two from Elon University.
