On Tuesday, February 24, 2026, Scott Leighty '09 and Blaire David McClanahan L’14, will be recognized as 2026 class of 40 Under 40 honorees by the Triad Business Journal.
Scott Leighty ’09, assistant dean for development & alumni relations at Elon University School of Law, and Blaire David McClanahan L’14, managing attorney at Law Offices of Cheryl David, will be recognized as 2026 class of 40 Under 40 honorees during an awards ceremony at First Horizon Coliseum in Greensboro, N.C., on Feb. 24, 2026.
Leighty and David McClanahan will join the 38 other regional recipients who were nominated for their industry impact before the age of 40. Their profiles will also be featured in a special print edition of the Triad Business Journal on Feb. 27, 2026.
