Gisclair Publishes Paper in Southeast Review of Asian Studies

Jessica Gisclair, an associate professor in the School of Communications, published a paper titled “The Dissonance between Culture and Intellectual Property in China” in the Southeast Review of Asian Studies.

The article explores various complexities of culture and jurisprudence with respect to intellectual property rights in China. The Southeast Review of Asian Studies is an annual, peer-reviewed publication of the Southeast Conference of the Association for Asian Studies.
