The Multicultural Center is looking for dedicated students that are interested in serving in the role of SMART Mentor for the 2011-2012 academic school year. The SMART mentoring program (Student Advising Rising Talent) focuses on the development and transition of our firstyear students.
The SMART mentoring program place a critical role in supporting the mission of the Multicultural Center. All mentors will to go through a application and interview process. A strong candidate is a person that has a passion for helping others, is a strong leader, is able to work well with a team and is committed to the development of first year students. ALL ARE WELCOMED TO APPLY!
