The chairman of USAA, one of the nation’s leading insurance and financial services company, will describe ethical dilemmas he faced in the business world and how he addressed them.
Tyler West ’11 wins BEA 3rd place for “Go-4-College” series

Elon University senior Tyler West won 3rd place in the educational/instructional category of the student competition in the Broadcast Education Association Festival of Media Arts for a four-part series of videos on the Elon Academy’s “Go-4-College” program.
Elon expands composting efforts to Octagon

Elon University has added Octagon to the list of campus composting locations, which also includes Colonnades and Harden Dining Halls. In 2009-2010 Elon diverted more than 100,000 pounds of waste from the landfill through food composting initiatives.
