"Challenging Audiences to Listen: The Performance of Self-Disclosure in Community Writing Projects” by Assistant Professor of English Heather Lindenman and Justin Lohr of the University of Maryland was published in the Fall 2018 issue of the Community Literacy Journal.

English with teacher licensure major Courtney Kobos presented her Leadership Prize research alongside her mentor, Assistant Professor of English Jennifer Eidum, at the National Council of Teachers of English Convention in Houston, Texas. 

Takudzwa "Titch" Madzima, assistant professor of exercise science, has co-authored an article published in the European Journal of Cancer Care investigating 12- to 15-month body composition and bone mineral density in breast cancer survivors compared to age-matched women without a prior cancer diagnosis.

The professor of music had an article published in the January 2018 issue of the journal.

"HIV Physicians and Chronic Opioid Therapy: It's Time to Raise the Bar" was published in AIDS & Behavior, a top HIV journal highlighting qualitative research on HIV care.
