A member of the Class of 2016, Alyssa Romano started medical school this summer in Tübingen, Germany. 

Nominations are being accepted through Nov. 4 for the annual awards sponsored by the Young Alumni Council that honor deserving alumni who have graduated within the past decade.  

Brannock, a retired assistant professor of home economics and longtime friend of Elon, died Sept. 25.
