The spring musical production by Elon's Department of Performing Arts runs Feb. 8 through 11, with shows at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday through Saturday and a Sunday matinee at 2 p.m.  

The English department hosts the assistant professor of creative nonfiction at UNC-Chapel Hill for a reading of her recent work. Wednesday, Feb. 7 at 7 p.m. in Johnston Hall.

The award-winning film is part of Elon's Black History Month programming and sponsored by Elon Athletics, Elondocs, African and African American Studies and CREDE. Turner Theatre, Schar Hall, 7 p.m.

Artist Renee Van der Stelt's exhibition opens on Monday, Feb. 5, with the artist speaking about her installation at a 5:30 p.m. reception in Gallery 406 at Arts West. 

The event has been rescheduled for Monday, Jan. 22, from 11:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. at Elon Community Church's Community Center.
