This event will explore the #MeToo movement that has swept into the country's consciousness during the past year. The event is March 1 from 12:30 to 2 p.m. in the McBride Gathering Space. 

Elon faculty members Tony Weaver, Caroline Ketcham and Eric Hall will partner with the university’s nine fellow Colonial Athletic Association member institutions to study access issues for student-athletes to high-impact educational practices.

This new program at Elon is part of an effort to build upon the university's sustainable campus initiatives and further reduce energy consumption. 

Join us for the "Evaluating Visuals and Multimodal Writing" Workshop Monday March 12, presented by Ben Hannam, associate professor of communications and Paula Rosinski, professor of English and director of Writing Across the University.

Douglass Kass, assistant professor of communications, will present on “Teaching Two-Column Script Writing" on Thursday, March 1.

An article by Associate Professor Andy Haile in a forthcoming issue of the University of Richmond Law Review points to the 1993 Religious Freedom Restoration Act as a possible defense for conscientious objectors who refuse to serve in some, but not all, wars.

The 2018 Communications Internship Showcase & ePortfolio Review drew 35 organizations to the School of Communications to meet with students seeking internships, employment opportunities and career advice.

Kyle Altmann,  associate professor of physics, shares how he uses the Maker Hub to teach his students the importance of making in and out of the classroom.

Mark Mallon, assistant professor of strategic management, researched the in-crisis performance of multinational enterprises in relation to pre-crisis development of asset management capabilities.
