Jennifer Carroll and North Carolina Harm Reduction Coalition awarded $262,000 grant to study opioid overdose prevention

The grant was awarded through the "Combating Opioid Overdose through Community-Level Intervention" (COOCLI) program of the U.S. Office of National Drug Control Policy to evaluate harm reduction services in rural areas of North Carolina.
