Amy L. Allocco, associate professor of religious studies and director of the Multifaith Scholars program, presented material from her current research project, "Domesticating the Dead: Invitation and Installation Rituals in Tamil South India," which focuses on certain kinds of Hindu ritual relationships with the dead. 

Three Elon faculty members affiliated with the Center for the Advancement of Teaching and Learning presented at the 42nd annual conference of the POD Network in Higher Education held Oct 26-29 in Montreal, Canada

The Secretariat of the Asian Shakespeare Association invited Artemis Preeshl, assistant professor of performing arts, to present “Bangsawan and the Bard” on The Theatrical Trade panel at the Shakespeare, Traffics, Tropics conference next year in Manila, The Philippines.
